Newsletter – Week 49Bus trip to GWS Giants Women’s Game is planned, tickets are on sale. We are hoping to have a bus load of 48 go along to a game to support the Giants Womens team. Saturday 15th Feb is the day, and 415pm kick off is the time. I am also trying to convince some North Shore Bomber senior girls to come along with us too.
Aikido: I have met Derek, the dojo master, and we are planning an adapted programme, running for 8 weeks to teach you some groovy moves that will not only help you in your footy but in life in general! I cannot run the programme unless I have 20 girls sign up for the 8 weeks – they will be on a Wednesday night at 6pm at the Town hall, 1186 Pacific Hwy, Pymble NSW 2073 – I’ll post an event for the first night, please purchase 8 tickets – $10 a ticket – please let me know if you think this is too expensive.
Holiday Homework Get a footy in your hands and practice passing and kicking…. 100 times per hand and foot. Grab one of your team mates and get down to the local park!!
